Isn't it ironic...

It's been raining non-stop for about two weeks, towns and villages are flooded up and down Gloucestershire, the roads are closed, the trains can't run...

And they're going to turn our water off!

The pumping and treatment works which supply Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester is flooded and is being shut down, it could be off until Wednesday.

It's good to see that people seem to be demonstrating common sense and not panicking though - apparently the police are having to guard supermarkets in Cheltenham and Gloucester to ensure the "situation remains calm".

Luckily for us, we have about 16 litres of bottled water in the garage which has been hanging around for ages (can't remember what we bought it for) but it seems to still be in date, which is nice...

Website finally completed...

Slightly later than planned, (due mainly to a certain new arrival...), my website is set up and ready to go.

Click on the Photo Gallery link and take a look.

There are lots of new photos of Daniel and assorted other events and occasions.

I'll email out the username and password for the site. Email if you don't get it and would like access to the site.

Let me know what you think!

New Arrival!

Photo Website Approaching Completion

I've set up a webiste for sharing photos with family and friends, it's still under construction at the moment but I hope to have it complete by the end of this weekend.

You can link to it here or via the links on the blog home page. We've set up security restrictions on the site though, so only people we know can access it. We'll be sending out details once the site is fully up and running.
